As a Management Assistant at our company, you will support the department’s non-technical functions, bridging administrative/ commercial operations with engineering teams. You’ll ensure smooth departmental workflows, support invoicing, resource coordination, and collaborate across teams to uphold quality and customer satisfaction.
✔Oversee the department’s operational flow, ensuring alignment with company objectives of quality and customer satisfaction.
✔Take commercial responsibility for department-level administrative tasks including invoice processing, vendor/client coordination.
✔Manage resource-planning for the department, in coordination with HR, ensure the right engineers are assigned, monitor their performance, and oversee training & development.
✔Develop and implement departmental processes and continuously improve service delivery, enforce quality/compliance standards and ensure adherence to policies.
✔Assist with invoice processing, ensure invoices are accurately generated, approved and tracked in a timely manner.
✔Collaborate with other teams to ensure inter-departmental support and cohesive workflow coordination across departments.
